Macromedia Flash is required to see the TeleVantage 7 Quick Tour

If you see below an animation of a growing and spinning red star, your PC has Flash and you can start the tour.

If you do not see the red star above, you must click below to download and install Flash first.

As Soon as You Launch the Tour Check to See if VCR Controls are Visible

To get maximum benefit from the TeleVantage Quick Tour, you’ll want to use VCR controls that appear at the bottom of your screen during the tour. You should see controls like this when you open the Quick Tour:

If you do not, it means your security settings are too high and need to be temporarily adjusted while you view the demo. (Note: You can view the Quick Tour if you can't see the controls. However, you won't be able pause, rewind, etc.)  

To adjust your security settings in Windows:

• Click Control Panel> Internet Options>Security>Custom Level.
• In the Reset custom settings dialog box, use the drop-down menu to select Medium-low.
• Then click Reset>Yes>OK.  

When you are finished with the demo, be sure to change your settings back:

• Click Control Panel> Internet Options>Security>Default Level>Apply>OK.
