| Purpose |
Multi-Release HotFix 23 obsoletes and replaces Multi-Release HotFix 20. It corrects an issue on Multi-Release HotFix 20 that would have resulted in the clock moving forward another hour on April 1, 2007. It also ensures the Fall time change will occur on the first Sunday in November rather than the last Sunday in October. Applicable to release(s) 4.0 Service Pack 1, 4.0 Service Pack 2, 5.0, 5.1 and 6.0. |

| Purpose |
Critical: Addresses an issue seen infrequently where the system may mark a number of hard drive sectors as faulty, even though they are not in fact physically damaged. Deploying this HotFix will proactively address the issue. If the HotFix has not been deployed and the issue occurs, generally the drives must go through the InstantOffice deployment process to be serviceable. |
