Call Routing and Queuing Software Download

This page contains InstantOffice "HotFixes" and their associated documentation for the Call Routing and Queuing (CRQ) optional software. This software is licensed and available only to support applications that have been developed by Vertical Networks. The current version of Call Routing and Queuing is CRQ 1.6. HotFixes for the CRQ application are cumulative — that is, each replaces the previous one.

Hot Fixes

HotFixes are intended to deliver small concise software patches to fix specific product anomalies in particular user scenarios. Note that the numbering scheme for HotFixes is the same as that used for the Main Build Release, except that the last digit (or two digits) denotes the number of the HotFix.

Purpose	Critical: Needed for correct functionality of all systems equipped with Call Routing and Queuing. Adds to and replaces CRQ HFs 401 thru 416.
