William Y. Tauscher - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
William Tauscher is the managing member of The Tauscher Group, which invests and assists in the management of enterprises in various industries. Before founding The Tauscher Group, Mr. Tauscher served as chairman and CEO of Vanstar Corporation (formerly ComputerLand Corporation), having led the group that acquired ComputerLand in 1987. Under Mr. Tauscher's guidance, Vanstar grew to be the largest PC sales and service company in the world, and was sold to Inacom in 1999. Prior to Vanstar, he was the chairman and CEO of FoxMeyer Corporation, a wholesale pharmaceutical and beauty-aid distributor, from 1977 until its sale to National Intergroup in 1986. Mr. Tauscher also helped engineer the leveraged buyout of Household Merchandising, the retail subsidiary of Household Finance. He subsequently acquired Coast to Coast from Household, engineering its IPO and subsequent sale. He currently serves on various boards of directors, including Safeway Corporation, a $30 billion NYSE grocery company, and holds controlling investments in a number of successful companies.

Michael P. Downey - Executive Consultant and Private Investor
Michael Downey retired from Nellcor Puritan Bennett (NPB) upon its acquisition by Mollinckrodt in November 1997. He served many years with the medical manufacturing company, most recently as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to NPB, Mr. Downey was vice president of finance for Shugart Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of computer disk drives, and had several years of experience in accounting management positions with General Motors Corporation. Mr. Downey is also a member of the board of directors of Emulex Corporation, a publicly traded company engaged in the design and manufacture of both software- and hardware-based network access products.

Francis E. Girard - Private Investor
Francis Girard currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Netsilicon, Inc. Mr. Girard was the Chief Executive Officer of Comverse Technologies, Inc., until he retired. Prior to joining Comverse, Mr. Girard was president and chief executive officer of Boston Technology and vice president of sales, marketing and support for NEC Information Systems, Inc.

Matthew J. Rubins - General Partner, M/C Venture Partners
Mr. Rubins graduated from Cornell University in 1990 with a BS in applied and engineering physics and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1995. Both prior to and after business school, Mr. Rubins was a financial analyst and then Associate in the media and telecommunications groups at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. In 1996, Mr. Rubins joined the Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Technology Group as an Assistant Vice President in the telecommunications and data networking areas. Since Mr. Rubins joined M/C Partners in 1997 he has sourced or worked on a variety of transactions in the broadband wireless, ISP, CLEC, enterprise infrastructure, telecom software and IT services industries. He has served on the Boards of nine portfolio companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of HyPerformix, SecureMedia, Viola Networks, and Vertical Communications.

R. Randy Stolworthy - President, RRS & Company
R. Randy Stolworthy is currently Managing Member of RRS & Company, a real estate investment and development company located in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to RRS & Company, Mr. Stolworthy was president and CEO of NZ Corporation and CEO of Bridge Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of NZ. Previously, he co-founded Voicelink Data Services in Redmond, Washington. The company merged with Digital Systems International in 1991 and then went public. Prior to Voicelink Data Services, Mr. Stolworthy was a general partner and manager of the Seattle office for FBS Venture Capital Company. Mr. Stolworthy also serves on the Board of Mediserve Information Systems, a privately held software company based in Tempe, Arizona.

John W. Watkins - Managing General Partner, M/C Venture Partners
Mr. Watkins earned a BA in Economics from Northwestern University in 1983 and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College in 1987. Prior to joining the M/C Partners in 2004, Mr. Watkins co-founded Telegraph Hill Communication Partners, a private equity firm focused in the media, communication services and information technology industries. From 1989 to 2001 he was a member of J.P. Morgan Capital, where he led the firm's private equity investment effort in communications and media-related industries and served on the Investment Committee and Board. During this time, he led investments and was on the Boards of Directors of fourteen portfolio companies including founding or co-founding seven of them. Portfolio companies included Affinity Internet, Columbia River Cellular, FrontierVision Partners, Horizon Cellular, Inference Corporation, Prism Radio, SaVVIS Communications, Triton Cellular, and Triton PCS. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Capital, Mr. Watkins was an Associate in J.P. Morgan's Corporate Finance group and an Investment Banking Analyst at E.F. Hutton and Company.

Mr. Jong-Dae An
An has served as a group leader of the export business within the Network Division of LG Electronics Inc. where his career began in 1986. During most of this tenure with LGN, Mr. An managed the export of telecommunications equipment, establishing considerable market share in North America and Europe through relationships with leading distributors and world-class telecom service providers. Mr. An received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Helsinki School of Economy.
