SQL Server Database Developer

LOCATION: Cambridge, MA

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our Cambridge engineering team working on a real-time IP PBX and Call Center product with an embedded SQL Server database and web-based administration.

You are an applications and database developer who is adept at leveraging SQL Server for complex configuration, transaction processing and reports. You are creative and are an independent problem solver who is relentless about finding fast, efficient, low risk solutions to difficult application and database problems. You have a strong sense of ownership, are self-guided and work well in a team environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong object oriented programming experience in Visual Basic, C# or VB.NET. Experience working with IIS, ASP, XML DOM and both Windows and HTML GUI design desired.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience including cursors, stored procedures, T-SQL, triggers, complex queries, table design, deadlock resolution, performance optimization and profiling.
