Product Manager, Santa Clara, CA

Responsible for owning the product roadmap and direction for one or more families of voice and system management applications for a leading IP PBX platform, using VoIP, SIP, MGCP, H.323, IVR, VxML, Speech Applications.

Work closely with customers, channel partners and other team members to develop and enhance MRD and PRD for assigned product lines; Derive actionable intelligence by analyzing competitive and industry data, applying SNMP and distributed system management tools.

Champion new product concepts, enhancements and launch with internal and external stakeholders; track various product metrics such as revenue, license sales, attach rates etc and reporting to management.

Requires MS in Telecommunications and at least three years experience.
