Product “Ideally suited for the medium-sized business”
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. In addition, TeleVantage impressively achieved a minimum score of 9 out of 10 in each of the six evaluated categories, including ease of installation and configuration, features evaluation and automated call handling.
“Our rigorous evaluation of the TeleVantage system found its integration and support features to be especially suited to the medium-sized marketplace,” said Chris Bajorek, lab director for CT Labs. “The high scores the product received reflect our opinion of the product as feature-rich and an excellent and reliable performer.”
