Artisoft and telephony supply extend software pbx features to industry standard screen phones
Cambridge, MA and Tampa, FL - May 6, 2003 - Artisoft®, Inc. This strategic relationship, formed under Artisoft’s Open Communication Alliance, provides a range of hardware, software and services developed by Telephony Supply that extend the capabilities of TeleVantage. Both companies will promote the solution to their respective channels of authorized resellers.
This integration provides access to advanced handset functionality that was previously only available with costly, proprietary digital screen phones. TeleVantage users can now manage calls using visual, menu-driven prompts via the LCD screens of industry standard analog ADSI phones provided by Telephony Supply instead of memorizing codes or waiting for voice prompts. Telephony Supply also provides custom scripting for users that require special feature presentation on the phone.
